What & why

First "base camp" slice for the -iser family: a uniform RSR-compliance baseline plus the coordination layer the family was missing (folded into iseriser per decision, rather than a new repo).

Coordination atlas (new docs)

docs/ATLAS.adoc — the "right place" routing index: "I want to… → use <iser>" across the whole family, with the explicit disambiguation (dual of aggregate-library; not ephapax-dyadic; not affinescript "faces"; not nextgen-language-evangeliser).
docs/theory/AOLD.adoc — Aspect-Oriented Language Design: each language's superpower as a bolt-on aspect; the "mech suit" model (addable/removable/reversible); the aspect taxonomy (one row per -iser).
docs/theory/iSOS.adoc — Integrated Stack of Stacks: how aspects compose over the shared Idris2-ABI/Zig-FFI seam, kept honest by invariant-path (the claim-path conscience).
README.adoc — links the coordination layer up front.

Generator born-clean

src/codegen/scaffold.rs now emits a root Mustfile (REQUIRED-FILES.adoc mandates it). Verified: a freshly generated newlangiser includes Mustfile; cargo build + cargo test green (57/57 unit + 57 integration + 9 doctests). Added a root Mustfile to this repo too.

Flags (surfaced, NOT changed — licence edits are owner-only/flag-only per `standards`)

scaffold.rs::generate_license() emits Palimpsest/PMPL text, and this README historically carries PMPL/Palimpsest badges, both conflicting with the MPL-2.0 classification for these sole-owner repos. This is the upstream source of the estate-wide licence drift. Owner decision required — not touched.
